How to Install Your Wheels on 10 Heads Round Pipe Polishing Machine & 32 Heads Square Tube Polishing Machine Made in China

For 10 heads round tube polishing machine(1 head is 1 group, 10 groups in total), we usually advise our customer arrange the abrasive wheels as below:

• the 1, 2 groups will use flap wheels,
• the 3, 4, 5, 6 groups will use sisal wheels,
• the 7,8 groups will use cloth sisal wheels,
• the 9,10 groups will use cloth wheel and wind cloth wheels,
• the polishing compounds used for sisal wheel & cloth sisal wheel area, which means it required to be consumed in 3,4,5,6,7,8 heads area.

For 32 heads square tube polishing machine( 4 heads is a group, 8 groups in total),we usually advise our customer arrange the abrasive wheels as below:

• the 1, 2 groups will use flap wheel
• the 3,4,5,6 groups will use sisal wheel and cloth sisal wheel,
• the 7,8 groups will use cloth wheel and wind cloth wheel,
• the polishing compounds used for sisal wheel & cloth sisal wheel area, which means it required to be consumed in 3,4,5,6 groups area.
